お部屋の清掃に関するご案内2024年5月5日
この度は川越東武ホテルをご利用いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。
2泊以上の連泊でご宿泊のお客様へお部屋の清掃について下記の通りご案内申し上げます。

We would like to inform about the room c leaning who has reserved above 2 night s as shown in below.
清掃時間 10:00～14:00(最終入室時間)CLEANING TIME 10:00a.m.~2:00p.m.
| ◆清掃をご希望の場合◆ 客室内にございますタブレット機器の【清掃してください】を選択して頂くかフロント3番までご連絡くださいませ。 |
◆CLEANING REQUEST◆ There i s black tablet in the room. So if you need the room c leaning then press【make up room】button or please contac to the front desk (ex tension no.3). |
| ◆清掃がご不要の場合◆ 客室内にございますタブレット機器の【起こさないでください】を選択して頂くかフロント3番までご連絡くださいませ。 |
◆NO CLEANING REQUEST◆ If there is no need of room cleaning then press 【don’t dis turb】button or please contact to the front desk (ex tension no.3). |
※【起こさないでください】を選択された場合客室へは一切入室致しませんので【タオル・アメニティのみ交換】等のご要望がございましたら必ずフロントへお申し付けください。
※【起こさないでください】の表示が出ていない場合や事前に清掃無しの指示がなくご不在の場合はお部屋へ入室させて頂き通常の清掃を行わせて頂きますのでご了承くださいませ。
※食品の食べ残し・飲み物の飲み残しやゴミ箱に入っていない物等処分の判断がつかない場合はそのままにさせて頂きますので処分をご希望の場合は処分とわかる様ご指示願います。
※If there is no sign of 【don’t dis turb】and until we receive the order like no need of room cleaning in advance, then staff will enter into the room to clean.
※In terms of food and beverage,if there is a little bit of food and drink in the bottle,and can’t judge whether it is ok to throw,in that case we will keep it as it is in the room.
