2023年3月1日（水）より
荷受けスペースの都合上、お荷物のお預かり期間を
「滞在中のみ（チェックイン当日～チェックアウト後は23時まで）」とさせて頂きます。
貴重品・壊れ物等お預かり出来ない場合もございます。

Due to limited storage space, we have decided to change the storage period for your luggage.
“Only during your stay (from the day of check-in until 11:00 p.m. after check-out)”
We may not be able to store valuables, food items, fragile items, frozen items, or refrigerated items.

◆【宅配便郵送・受取りについて】
宅配便をホテル宛にお送りいただきます場合、
下記の点にご注意ください。
・宛名は【予約者名】を記載して下さい。
・チェックインされる日付を記載して下さい。
・日付指定される場合、チェックイン前日～当日でお願い致します。
・代引き・着払いのお荷物は受取できません。
ご予約・宿泊の確認が出来ない場合はお荷物の受取ができません。
壊れ物・貴重品・冷凍品等、一部お預かり出来ないお荷物もございますので
詳細はベルデスクまでお問合せください。

If you would like delivery to your hotel,
Please note the following points.

・Please enter your check-in date.
・If you wish to specify a date, please do so from the day before check-in to the day of check-in.
・We cannot accept cash on delivery or cash on delivery.
If your reservation/accommodation cannot be confirmed, you will not be able to receive your luggage.
