Working hours | Variable working hours per month / Shift work (30 days per month → 170 hours, 31 days per month → 177 hours) |
Holidays | 105 days per year (8 to 9 days per month) Leave system: congratulation or condolence leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, refreshment leave, etc |
Salary | Based on our company's standards (experienced workers are preferred) |
Allowance | Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, late-night work allowance, etc. *Depends on contract |
